The Optimization Process
Install
First, we install the software and train your current IT team on how to use and understand it. Our Panther technology runs on its own hardware, so it will not need to use much, if any, of your hospital’s current resources. Along with your hospital’s IT team, we will have an on-site team available before and during installation to answer questions and address any issues that may arise.
Monitor
Once we install our Panther software, it will consolidate all the EMR data you have in Oracle Cerner. Once the data has been audited, Oracle Cerner will then be able to identify trends in data and see where your EMR performance may be lacking.
Optimize
Once you are able to see the points where your EMR system is not performing optimally, Panther software will allow your team to use management reports to maximize staff productivity and efficiency, and monitor for system problems so they can focus on other mission-critical needs.
