Softek’s engineers seem to know our third-party revenue cycle system better than anybody else I have ever worked with. They understand and know what tables to pull respective information from. They don’t have a problem pulling up the information and educating me as to why they are linking a specific table or why they are pulling data from a certain place. Anyone struggling with the Cerner revenue cycle system really needs to get Softek in the room. They are experts with the Cerner system. The EMR transition was such a huge task. Softek has a different perspective because they work with so many health systems, and they look across all of those organizations and circle back. The vendor has added various tools inside of their product. As clients bring up respective issues and needs, the vendor pushes things out to all of their clients through an update. There have been other products that the vendor has developed just for us as well. The vendor is really easy to work with, and they have been very engaged with us all along their journey of issues inside of our third-party's revenue cycle. If another client asks for something, the vendor doesn’t have us pay additional money for that. They just push it out to all of their clients because they know that there is a need.

Softek doesn't promise that they can do something and then not do it. When we give them feedback, within a week’s time, they check in to see whether we can log in and to see whether things are any better. Softek is very proactive. Softek doesn’t let a title get in the way of moving forward. They reach out. They check on us. They ask us whether we are getting what we need, whether the response time is okay, and whether there is anything they can do differently.
