With the start of a new year, I’m wondering if you’re feeling a bit like Bill Murray’s weatherman character in the movie Groundhog Day, in which he eerily wakes day after day, week after week to the sound of Sonny and Cher and the realization that he is about to relive the same day over yet one more time. Rather than dreading the challenges and aggravations that you suspect are coming when you arrive at work today, we’re hoping instead that you might see today as a chance to erase the mistakes of yesterday and make a fresh start. To that end, our team of bloggers is invigorated to introduce you to some new and meaningful tips to improve your Millennium® system’s performance, along with information on where healthcare IT is going in 2011. Dave Hallberg and I have been busy already this year with several client visits. When our travels slow down, we’ll be writing about some of the issues that have turned up at these sites.
