As you make the upgrade to 2018 Cerner® Millennium™, you may be wondering, “Does Panther support 2018 Millennium™?” or “What about the older versions of Millennium™?”
The answer to all your questions is “yes.”
All Softek products and services support all versions of Cerner® Millennium™.
For Message Log Controls, there is some additional configuration necessary to enable Panther access. To ensure your Message Logs work properly with 2018 Cerner® Millennium™, follow the steps below:
Log a Service Request with Cerner® to open ACLs from Panther to each application node in your domains to the defined SSH port, normally 22.
Create a domain level account on each application node to provide access to message logs. This would be a non-captive account, an equivalent to “d_prod.”
