Technical Recommendations
- Use a computer with a sound card and speakers or headphones for audio-enabled content.
- Most videos were recorded at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768. To get the best visual quality results, we recommend adjusting your screen resolution to 1280 x 1024 and NOT resizing the video window.
- To launch a video, simply click the video’s title or the video’s “play” button beside the title.
- To open the available PDFs, you’ll need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- To view Flash content, you’ll need to have Adobe Flash Player 9.0 or later.
- See below to enable JavaScript for an enhanced user experience throughout the site.

AOL
When using the AOL browser, you may get a Javascript error, but when using an external browser (i.e., Netscape or Internet Explorer) this does not occur. AOL uses compressed graphics by default. This does not allow Java to work while browsing inside AOL. (Additionally, this make photos you view on web pages look less than optimal.)
- Click My AOL.
- Click Preferences.
- Click the WWW icon.
- Click Web Graphics tab.
- Uncheck the box next to Use Compressed Graphics.
- Click OK.
- Restart the computer.
